HR Concierge

Responsibilities:

Major Job Objective and description of responsibilities/milestones/key objectives

Coordinates and manages key elements and processes within the talent acquisition HR functional discipline: accurately post open positions in applicant tracking system, shares ownership for onboarding of new hires, volunteers, travelers and students, process background checks and applicants new hire paperwork, data entry of new hires and update current employees information in HRIS System.

Process payroll to include updating payroll changes, balancing and calculate DBL, PFL and FML benefit hours in KRONOS

Oversee new employee orientation; prepare and send attendee agenda and materials, greeting new employees, reserving room, ordering food, ensuring presenters are covered

Provide service excellence to internal and external customers professionally managing customer needs and concerns. Triage, respond/refer to leadership, current and prospective employee inquiries in person, on phone or via e-mail, schedule exit interviews, and provide concierge level services with excellence.

Manage recognition and other employee/volunteer/student events. Prepare and distribute employee recognition/retirement documentation and monthly anniversary/birthday announcements

Prepare reports, perform data analytics and delivery administrative support services across SLHS HR.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
