Building Attendant


1. Clean patient rooms, restrooms, offices and hospital common areas within established departmental standards, including removal and disposal of trash, hazardous materials and waste product.

2. Maintain floors, strip and wax floors; shampoo carpets according to scheduled maintenance standards and maintain walkways to ensure safe access.

3. Maintain knowledge of OSHA and SDS practices.

4. Respond to visitor, patient and staff requests for assistance.

Ability to work various shifts.

Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs.

Ability to learn and operate floor cleaning equipment.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
